At Black Cats Candle Co., we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade products. Due to the nature of our items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a claim, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • Upon review, we will determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for the following reasons:

  • Items arrived damaged due to shipping issues.
  • Items were incorrectly fulfilled (wrong product sent).

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor variations in product appearance (as all items are handmade and unique).
  • Candles or wax melts that have been used or burned.
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal scent preference.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

3. Replacement & Refund Process

  • If your request is approved, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • If a replacement is issued, we will provide tracking information once the new item has shipped.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless otherwise noted above regarding damaged items.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
