Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days. Carrier delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping Methods

  • We ship throughout the U.S., including to Alaska and Hawaii, using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Shipments occur Monday through Wednesday during warmer months (June and July) to prevent heat sensitive products from sitting in delivery trucks over the weekend in hot temperatures. During the months of January and August our business is closed to orders and shipments.

Delivery Times

  • Once picked up and scanned in, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories may take longer.

Shipping Address Verification

  • We will verify the shipping address to prevent fraud and ensure accurate delivery.

Eco-Friendly Shipping

  • We prioritize eco-friendly packaging materials, such as kraft paper and water-soluble packing peanuts as much as possible.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging within 7 days. Due to the nature of our handmade products no returns or refunds allowed except noted above.

  • Do not discard the damaged items or packaging until we confirm further instructions.

  • We will replace damaged items or offer a refund for unusable items. Items that have been used are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions.

  • Shipping for special orders and wholesale orders is subject to individual contract terms.

  • These orders are not eligible for general shipping offers or promotions.
